Return Policy

1. Price

Billing prices are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

2. Limited Warranty

PlumQuick warrants all new products against manufacturing defects for one year from the customers purchase date (Rebuilt, takeoff and OEM parts are warranted for 90 days). In situations where PlumQuick sells another manufacturers product and the manufacturer extends a longer warranty period, PlumQuick will honor the longer of the two warranties. PlumQuick will not be liable for any cost of service calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially and/or any damages from the installation of our parts.

3. Claims

Shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported to PlumQuick 5 days from receipt of merchandise. All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed with the freight company by our customer at the time of receipt of goods, and notation made on the bill of lading at that time.

4. Returns

You must call for a return authorization (RA) number before an item can be sent back to PlumQuick. Items without an RA number will be refused; the RA number is not a guarantee that your return is eligible for credit and credit will not be granted if the materials are not found to be defective or otherwise amount to an inappropriate return. Parts that are returned at customer’s convenience, including customer errors will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Freight collect or C.O.D. returns will also be refused.

5. Freight

Orders exceeding $1,500.00 will be shipped freight prepaid within the Continental U.S. and will be shipped the least expensive way. Orders to Canada exceeding $1,500.00 will be shipped freight prepaid to the border only.
